The room was spacious, especially an exceptional view of mountain and the hawaeliya below from the window. Also, location was perfect and great, relatively near Galway's Land National Park. Liked their food, it was savoury with good choice of meals...

The staff were affable and helpful, and the free parking was available. Location: the hotel was close enough to the shops and main road, and the centre. Furthermore, it was 15 mins walk to The Firs.

Came in Nuwara Eliya to relax and have fun, this small hotel was fabulous base for doing it. Liked staying at the a double room. The staff was affable and helpful the whole time of my stay.

Small hotel with amicable and very approachable staff and awesome views of mountain and the hawaeliya below. Comfy beds, a safe, multi-channel television, and a dining area in the room. Unbeatable and marvellous location, within walking distance of everywhere. Pretty quiet area just off the shops.

It had an absolutely perfect location just next door to the shops and the centre and that hill. The staff and the owner were all amicable and helpful. Loved a living area and a kitchen in the room;))
